Dyna-mo Instruments are proud to have joined Move Solutions at GeoBusiness 2021 at the ExCel London. Accompanying Move Solutions existing sensor range was a new and very exciting product development. .
Move Solutions launched their wireless dynamic triaxial sensors in 2019 with the OEM accelerometer, taking 50 readings per second and recording a 10 second window of activity each time a configured threshold was exceeded. In 2021 they launched the SHM model providing highly accurate sensor synchronisation, enabling modal shaping, and trigger functionality. Both of these models measured acceleration alongside frequency range and temperature.
At GeoBusiness 2021 Move Solutions presented their new vibrometer, developed in response to a growing demand for a velocity monitor in addition to the acceleration monitors. Where the accelerometer models provide a 10 second event when a threshold is exceeded, the vibrometer identifies the maximum peak to peak velocity and in addition, provides the maximum frequency (Hz) of the event.
The vibrometer is fully compliant to BS7385 and provides for a clear differential between the accelerometers and Move Solutions solution to velocity monitoring.
