Collection
If you would like to collect your order from our offices, you will received an email confirmation that your order is ready to collect. Please confirm a collection date and 2hr time slot in order to ensure your order is ready to pick up.
Local Delivery (up to 15km)
We offer a local delivery service for locations up to 15km from our offices. Orders over £100, shipping is free of charge.
Nationwide Delivery
Delivery is available to all UK postcodes including Northern Ireland.

Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are offered for all stock products. However we charge a 30% re-stocking fee for all items returned in original packaging and in a resalable condition.
We are unable to accept returns of bespoke products without prior approval in writing from. In the first instance please contact us at
sales@dyna-moinstruments.co to discuss the reason for you return request. If approved, your return will be subject to an re-stocking fee,
Exchanges are offered for all stock products. All return shipping costs and packaging are the responsibility of the customer. A shipping fee will be chargeable for the delivery of the exchanged items sent out by Dyna-mo Instruments. To request an exchange please email sales@dyna-moinstruments.com
